Paola Perez

And

Madison Donnafield

Join us to learn about how to successfully keep young professionals on the Western Slope!

  • Learn how to effectively communicate with young professionals in the workplace.
  • Identify ways to show young professionals that they are valued members of your organization.
  • Find opportunities for young professionals to have a seat at the table.
  • Learn how to set young professionals up for success when starting an entry level position.
During the WCHRA Fall Conference, the diversity panel provided insight into generational diversity in the workforce. The Grand Valley has an abundance of young professionals entering the workforce after graduating from CMU, but many of them move away shortly after graduation. This inspired the presenters to think of ways that businesses can keep young professionals in the Grand Valley. As two students who have entered the professional workforce through internships, the presenters have developed this program about what they value as employees and what they think are important concepts for employers to consider.

This student-led session will be one you won’t want to miss!

There are several registration types to choose from.. we hope everyone can attend!

Requirements for in-person attendance will be based on the Mesa County Health Department's guidelines and Bookcliff Country Clubs expectations.

FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN IN THE FACILITY WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT YOUR TABLE
